Harvey's Sweet and Sour Sauce over Ham

About 3/4 cup sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Harvey's Butter Rum Batter
  • 1/3 cup apricot or apricot pineapple jam
  • 1 T. prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 T. white vinegar
  • 6-8 slices, warm, cooked ham

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan melt Harvey's Butter Rum Batter, jam and mustard together.
  2. Stir in vinegar and cook until bubbles. 
  3. Serve over warm ham slices.
