Harvey's Sweet and Sour Sauce over Ham
About 3/4 cup sauce
- 1/3 cup Harvey's Butter Rum Batter
- 1/3 cup apricot or apricot pineapple jam
- 1 T. prepared yellow mustard
- 1 T. white vinegar
- 6-8 slices, warm, cooked ham
- In medium saucepan melt Harvey's Butter Rum Batter, jam and mustard together.
- Stir in vinegar and cook until bubbles.
- Serve over warm ham slices.
