Harvey's Pina Colada
A taste of the tropics with Harvey's...

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Harvey's Butter Rum Batter
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz. white rum
- 6 oz. cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 1/2 cups ice
- 4 oz. golden rum
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender container except golden rum.
- Puree until smooth.
- Put blender container into freezer for about 15 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Divide and pour golden rum over glasses for float.
- Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
