Harvey's Caramel Pecan Pull-Apart

This quick and easy recipe is made with 4 ingredients and will be a great addition to your next brunch.

Servings - 16

Prep Time - 10 minutes, plus 35 minutes approximate baking time

Ingredients

1 1/2 tubs (15.5 oz) Harvey's Butter Rum Batter, softened

1 1/2 C. heavy cream

1 C. pecans

3 - 10 oz cans unbaked biscuits, cut each into 4 pieces 

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In medium saucepan melt together Harvey's Butter Rum Batter and cream over medium low.  Increase heat and let bubble for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.

Spray a 12-cup fluted or bundt style baking pan with cooking spray.  Put pecans in bottom of pan and cover with 1/2 of the Harvey's mixture.  Top with cut biscuit dough.

Pour remaining Harvey's mixture over the biscuits.  Place in oven and bake until golden and set, approximately 35+ minutes.  Let cool for about 8 minutes and invert onto rimmed platter.
